Depuis trois ans, Danilo Montanari r\u00e9pond en quatre langues \u00e0 des demandes tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9es de la client\u00e8le \u2013 la plupart du temps par \u00e9crit, mais parfois aussi par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone. \u00abJ&rsquo;aime aider, parler et \u00e9crire\u00bb, d\u00e9clare le collaborateur issu d&rsquo;une autre branche, qui ma\u00eetrise l&rsquo;allemand, l&rsquo;italien, le fran\u00e7ais et l&rsquo;anglais aussi bien \u00e0 l&rsquo;oral qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9crit. Les r\u00e9clamations arrivent plus souvent par la poste et les cas complexes peuvent lui prendre une journ\u00e9e de travail enti\u00e8re. Cela peut retarder les r\u00e9ponses en attente, mais chaque demande est trait\u00e9e dans les plus brefs d\u00e9lais. L&rsquo;important, c&rsquo;est de r\u00e9pondre de mani\u00e8re personnalis\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque question: la qualit\u00e9 prime sur la quantit\u00e9. Le client ne doit pas avoir l&rsquo;impression que c&rsquo;est un bot qui lui r\u00e9pond. \u00c0 ces d\u00e9buts, Danilo a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectivement confondu avec ce type d&rsquo;application. \u00abJ&rsquo;ai tout de suite appel\u00e9 ce client pour le convaincre que j&rsquo;\u00e9tais bien r\u00e9el\u00bb, se souvient-il, relatant son exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 la fois la plus amusante et la plus m\u00e9morable. Il y est rest\u00e9 plus longtemps que pr\u00e9vu. Lorsque l&rsquo;occasion s&rsquo;est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e de changer d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe il l&rsquo;a saisie, tout comme celle, plus tard, de rejoindre le service Customer Communication. Il aime le contact avec les clients et la collaboration au sein de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe. La diversit\u00e9 linguistique est pour lui une source de motivation, tout comme les cas particuliers qu&rsquo;il traite r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. \u00abMon travail est tr\u00e8s cr\u00e9atif pour un environnement commercial\u00bb, explique-t-il. \u00abIl s&rsquo;apparente parfois \u00e0 un jeu de d\u00e9tective, par exemple lorsqu&rsquo;il faut d\u00e9couvrir les circonstances d&rsquo;une transaction.\u00bb <\/p>\n\n\n\n    <div class=\"select-post-holder flex-container section layout-article-teaser\">\n     <div class=\"container\">\n       \n                   \n                        \n                   \n       \n     <\/div> \n   <\/div>  \n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Il suffit souvent d&rsquo;un appel<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De nombreuses demandes portent sur les frais li\u00e9s aux transactions et sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9solues rapidement, indique Danilo. La situation est plus d\u00e9licate quand il n&rsquo;est pas possible d&rsquo;identifier imm\u00e9diatement le revendeur responsable de la transaction. Les personnes qui contr\u00f4lent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement leurs transactions dans one n&rsquo;ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas de difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 les attribuer. Contrairement au client, Danilo voit si un paiement a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9 en ligne ou dans un magasin. Comme les donn\u00e9es concernant la transaction ne peuvent pas \u00eatre communiqu\u00e9es par e-mail, il prend souvent son t\u00e9l\u00e9phone pour en retrouver l&rsquo;origine avec le client. Avec sa femme et sa fille de quatre ans, il parle parfois un peu le polonais et essaie d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer constamment ses connaissances. C&rsquo;est sa fille qui occupe l&rsquo;essentiel de son temps libre et l&rsquo;\u00e9loigne de sa Vespa ador\u00e9e. Il passe ses vacances et ses week-ends avec sa femme et sa fille dans son camping-car, partout o\u00f9 il fait beau. Son attitude \u00e0 la fois discr\u00e8te, ouverte et communicative est sans cesse un atout pour r\u00e9pondre aux multiples demandes des clients. Ce qu&rsquo;il leur conseille? Deux choses essentielles: \u00abThink before you click!\u00bb On n&rsquo;est jamais assez prudent dans la gestion des donn\u00e9es personnelles \u2013 surtout avec la carte de cr\u00e9dit. Ces retours le touchent et lui apportent la confirmation qu&rsquo;il fait vraiment bien son travail.
