Dans le flot d’e-mails quotidien se cachent de temps \u00e0 autre des e-mails de phishing. En respectant ces trois r\u00e8gles de base dans la gestion des e-mails et SMS frauduleux, vous pourrez \u00e9viter efficacement les dommages.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n\t

Qu’il s’agisse de phishing par e-mail, de smishing par SMS ou de vishing par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, une chose est s\u00fbre, la technique des escrocs est de plus en plus sophistiqu\u00e9e. C’est pourquoi il est plus important que jamais d’appliquer le \u00abthink before you click\u00bb<\/strong>. En respectant ces trois r\u00e8gles, vos donn\u00e9es sensibles devraient \u00eatre bien prot\u00e9g\u00e9es contre tout acc\u00e8s non autoris\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si le contenu ou l’exp\u00e9diteur du message vous semble suspect, supprimez-le imm\u00e9diatement et contactez l’exp\u00e9diteur simul\u00e9 via les moyens de contact dont vous disposez, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone. Ne cliquez jamais sur un lien ou un fichier joint dont vous n’\u00eates pas s\u00fbr(e) de l’origine<\/strong>. En cas d’urgence pr\u00e9sum\u00e9e, vous devez \u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement prudent(e). Viseca ne vous demandera jamais de mettre \u00e0 jour votre compte sur le champ.<\/strong> Aucune entreprise s\u00e9rieuse ne fait cela. Exemple actuel de phishing trompeur. Notez la fausse adresse de l’exp\u00e9diteur<\/strong> et le lien de phishing cach\u00e9.<\/strong> Ne cliquez jamais sur un lien si vous n’attendez pas d’e-mail de notre part (p. ex. directement apr\u00e8s une nouvelle inscription dans one ou une adaptation de l’adresse e-mail). Chaque fois qu’il s’agit de questions financi\u00e8res, vous devriez \u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement m\u00e9fiant(e). Ne communiquez jamais de mots de passe, d’informations de compte bancaire, d’informations de carte de cr\u00e9dit et de codes SMS et ne vous connectez jamais \u00e0 une page de destination \u00e0 laquelle vous avez acc\u00e9d\u00e9 par le biais d’un lien dans un e-mail ou un SMS<\/strong>. Au lieu de cela, acc\u00e9dez manuellement \u00e0 la page en saisissant l’adresse Internet que vous connaissez si vous souhaitez acc\u00e9der \u00e0 ce compte \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si vous n’avez pas identifi\u00e9 un e-mail ou un SMS comme \u00e9tant une tentative de phishing ou de smishing et que vous y r\u00e9pondez, ne communiquez aucune donn\u00e9e sensible. Aucune personne anim\u00e9e de bonnes intentions ne vous demandera votre num\u00e9ro de carte de cr\u00e9dit et vos mots de passe de cette fa\u00e7on. Si vous l’avez remarqu\u00e9 trop tard et que vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 fourni des informations, bloquez imm\u00e9diatement votre carte et contactez le service client\u00e8le<\/strong>. Par s\u00e9curit\u00e9, changez votre mot de passe one ou celui de la page concern\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si vous d\u00e9couvrez un hame\u00e7onnage avec le contenu de Viseca, vous pouvez le signaler directement \u00e0 internetsecurity@viseca.ch<\/a>.
